Full Branding: we create or rebuild your brand, from strategy to Brandbook
We build your brand from strategy: what you are, how you speak and how you’re seen.
Many companies start with a logo made in a hurry, colours picked on instinct and a message that changes depending on who is writing. It works for a while. But when the business grows, launches a new service or wants to reach a different kind of client, the image falls short: it doesn’t explain what sets you apart, it doesn’t match the level of what you offer and every material is improvised.
Full Branding is the construction — or reconstruction — of your brand as a system. First we decide what your brand is: who it’s for, what sets it apart, what it promises and the personality it speaks with. Then we turn that into identity: tone of voice, logo, colours, typefaces and a graphic system. Finally we document everything in a Brandbook (brand manual) and prepare a social kit so you can start using it on social media from day one.
It’s a fit if you are launching a company or a new business line, if your current image no longer reflects what you do, if you want to reach higher-value clients or if your brand never had a well-thought-out foundation.
How to choose between the three levels: Brandbook organises a brand that already exists and doesn’t touch strategy. Full Branding creates the strategy and the identity, and includes the Brandbook. Branding + Digital Launch adds a corporate website of up to 5 pages and the digital set-up. If you already have a recent website, or prefer to build it later, Full Branding is the starting point.

Research
Kick-off meeting and questionnaire. We analyse your business, your competitors and your market to see where there is room to stand out.
Strategy and positioning
We define your audience, your value proposition (why choose you), your positioning (the place you want to hold in the client’s mind), your personality and your values. You approve it before we move on to design.
Verbal identity
Key messages and tone of voice, with examples of how to speak on the website, on social media or in an email.
Visual identity
We design the logo and present it, explaining why it works for your strategy. With the chosen proposal we develop variants, icon, colours, typefaces, graphic system and photography guidelines.
Applications and social kit
We test the identity on real examples and prepare the social kit.
Brandbook and delivery
We bring everything together in the final manual, review it with you and deliver the files.

Imagine an interior design studio that started a few years ago with a logo made by an acquaintance. Now it wants to reach private clients renovating high-end homes, and small hotels.
Before
The logo doesn’t convey the level of its projects, and the website and Instagram have different styles. With new clients, the studio has to over-explain who it is.
After
The studio has a clear strategy, a message that explains what sets it apart, a defined tone, a logo with its variants, its own colours and typefaces, a social kit and a manual. Its next website, presentations and posts all start from the same base.
- You can explain in a few words what you do, who for and why choose you.
- Your image matches the level of the client you want to reach.
- Website, Instagram, ads and documents look like the same company.
- You have a documented brand, designed to be used for years.
- It avoids redesigning every material from scratch: logo, colours, typefaces and tone are already decided.
- It can avoid hiring several suppliers separately for strategy, logo and manual.
- It reduces doubts and corrections every time you commission a website, an ad or a leaflet.
- Brand strategy and positioning document.
- Verbal identity guide: key messages and tone of voice.
- Logo, variants and icon in SVG (a vector format that keeps its quality), PDF, PNG (transparent background) and JPG.
- Versions for light and dark backgrounds, and favicon (the icon in the browser tab).
- Social kit ready to upload to your profiles.
- Brandbook in PDF and folder of files organised by use.

How is it different from the Brandbook?
The Brandbook starts from a brand that already exists and organises it. Full Branding first decides what your brand should be — strategy, positioning, messages and tone — and then creates or redesigns the visual identity. The Brandbook is included at the end.
And from Branding + Digital Launch?
Branding + Digital Launch includes all of Full Branding plus a corporate website of up to 5 pages and the digital set-up (the initial configuration to go online). If you already have a recent website or will build it later, Full Branding is enough.
Can I keep my current logo?
If it has value for your clients, yes. During the strategy phase we assess whether to keep it, evolve it or create a new one.
Does it include the company name or a slogan?
No. The project includes key messages and tone of voice. Naming and slogan are available as additional services and can be added to the same project.
How involved do I need to be?
At the decision points: the kick-off meeting, approving the strategy, choosing the logo and reviewing the manual. We do the rest of the work.
