Simple automation: from form to CRM
Every form lands in your CRM and your team is alerted instantly.
Someone fills in the form on your website. The message lands in an inbox, someone copies it into a spreadsheet or the CRM when they get a chance, and someone else finds out late. It’s a small process, but when it happens every day it builds up work and mistakes.
An automation carries out those steps on its own. This service includes one workflow: form → CRM (Customer Relationship Management, the place where you organise contacts and opportunities) → email or alert to your team.
It’s the ideal starting point if you’ve never automated anything. It solves one specific problem and lets you see how it works before automating more processes.
It helps when contacts from your website are handled by hand, when some of them get lost or when your team finds out late that someone has written.
- Website form
- Record in CRM
- Email or alert
- Your team responds
We review your current process
We look at which form you use, which CRM you have and who needs to know about each contact.
We design the workflow
We define which data goes into the CRM, how it’s classified and which alert is sent.
We configure it
We connect the form to your CRM and set up the email or alert.
We test it
We send test forms and check that everything arrives correctly and reaches the right person.
- 1 automated workflow: form → CRM → email / alert
- Workflow design based on the way you work
- Configuration and connection between the tools
- Functional testing before it goes live
- Creating or initially configuring your CRM: this is covered by CRM Setup
- Licences for the CRM or the automation tool
- More than one workflow or chained processes: this is covered by Automation — 3–5 workflow system
- Follow-up sequences by email or WhatsApp: available as an additional service
- Designing or changing the form on your website
Imagine a renovation company that receives quote requests through its website.
Before
Requests arrive in a general inbox. Someone moves them to a spreadsheet at the end of the day, and the salesperson calls when they see it, sometimes days later.
After
Each request goes straight into the CRM with its details, and the salesperson gets an alert at that moment, ready to call.
- All contacts are recorded in one single place
- Your team finds out immediately, not at the end of the day
- Fewer mistakes from copying data by hand
- A first experience of automation with a clear scope
- It can reduce the hours spent copying data from email into the CRM
- It can prevent contacts being lost through oversights or overflowing inboxes
- 1 automated workflow up and running
- An explanation of what the workflow does and how to check it

Which CRM does it work with?
With most CRMs that allow connections to other tools. We review yours before we start and confirm whether it’s compatible.
What if I don’t have a CRM yet?
It needs to be set up first. You can take CRM Setup and then we connect the form.
What exactly is “a workflow”?
An automatic sequence with a starting point and a result. In this case: a form that is recorded in the CRM and triggers an email or alert.
What if I want to automate more things later on?
It can be extended. If you need several connected processes, the 3–5 workflow system is the natural option.
