Automation system with 3 to 5 workflows
Connect the processes that currently rely on emails, spreadsheets and memory.
In many companies the same customer passes through several hands: a contact comes in, someone records it, someone else sends a quote, another person remembers the follow-up and someone updates a spreadsheet. Every step is manual and every handover is a chance for something to be forgotten.
This service designs and configures between 3 and 5 interconnected automated workflows, so those processes move forward on their own and your team only steps in where it adds value.
It’s for companies that already know which parts of their day-to-day are repetitive and want to organise them as a system, not with one-off patches.
For example: lead capture, internal alerts, follow-up reminders, sending information after a meeting or updating data between tools.

We analyse how you work
We review with you your current processes, the tools you use and where time or information is lost.
We prioritise
We choose the 3 to 5 workflows that make the most sense to automate first and explain why.
We design the system
We map out how the workflows connect, which data passes from one to another and who receives each alert.
We configure and connect
We build the workflows and connect them to your tools.
We test
We test each workflow on its own and the complete system with real cases.
We document and hand over
We put in writing what each workflow does and walk you through it in a session.

Imagine a training school that attracts students through its website and through ads.
Before
Prospective students come in through two routes, are noted down by hand in a sheet, the team sends the syllabus one by one and nobody is quite sure who needed a call back.
After
Each prospective student goes into the CRM and receives the syllabus automatically, the team gets a follow-up reminder and, if they enrol, the admin office is notified.
- Processes that work the same way every time, without relying on anyone’s memory
- Fewer manual handovers between people and tools
- Better visibility of where each customer stands
- A documented system that doesn’t depend on a single person
- A solid foundation to keep automating
- It can reduce the hours spent on repeated admin tasks
- It can reduce errors when moving data from one tool to another
- It can save you hiring several suppliers to solve each process separately
- System of 3 to 5 automated workflows up and running
- System map with the workflows and their connections
- Documentation for each workflow
- Walkthrough session for your team

How do I know which processes to automate?
You don’t need to know. We analyse it with you and propose the workflows that make the most sense to start with.
Do I have to change my tools?
Not necessarily. We try to work with what you already use. If a tool doesn’t allow connections, we explain why and suggest alternatives.
What if a tool changes and the workflow stops working?
It can happen when a provider updates its system. That’s why there is Automation support, which includes monitoring and small changes.
What’s the difference from an AI agent?
An automation follows fixed rules: if this happens, do that. An AI agent can interpret information and make decisions within set limits. Many companies start with automations.
Will AI replace my team?
That’s not the goal. The system takes care of the mechanical work so your team can spend its time looking after customers and making decisions.
