10 Social Templates: editable templates to post with your brand
Post in your brand style without relying on a designer every week.
Many businesses post on social media themselves. The problem comes when every post is made in a rush, from scratch and in a different style: rounded lettering one day, a pink background the next, a photo with no text the day after. The profile ends up looking messy even if the business is excellent.
We design a pack of 10 editable templates in Canva (a very simple online design tool) with your colours, typefaces and graphic style. You just change the text and photos, and every post keeps your brand’s look.
It’s useful if you or someone on your team manages your social media, if you want to post more often without losing visual quality, or if you have just done your branding and want to carry it over to social media in a practical way.

Before
Every post is designed from scratch and takes time. The profile mixes styles and looks nothing like the school’s website or leaflets.
After
The coordinator opens the template she needs, changes the text and photo, and posts. The profile has a tidy, recognisable image.

Do I need to know how to design?
No. Canva is very intuitive and the templates are set up so you only change texts and images.
Do I need a paid Canva account?
A Canva account is enough to edit the templates. If you use premium elements from the platform, their cost is not included.
What if I don’t have a brand identity yet?
Templates work best on top of a defined brand. In that case we recommend starting with Full Branding, which includes a social kit, or with Brandbook if you already have a logo and colours.
Do you publish the content?
No. This service is the design of the templates. If you want us to manage your social media, that’s Social Media Management.
