How is it different from Essential and Growth?
Essential and Growth produce material and turn it into content ready to use, but publishing stays on your side. 360° adds planning, publishing and basic community management: you hand over almost the whole process.
How long is the monthly session?
We adapt it to what you need to produce that month for your 20 pieces. We confirm the length and focus during the advance planning.
Can I review the content before it’s published?
Yes. We send you the pieces for approval and they’re only published once you approve them.
What is basic community management?
We reply to routine comments and messages following guidelines agreed with you and pass on whatever needs your decision. If you need broader coverage, you can extend it with the Community Management service.
Is advertising included?
No. The budget paid to the platform and campaign management are contracted separately. With this material, preparing ads on Meta becomes easier.
Does it work outside Madrid?
Yes. The session takes place at your business, and travel and, where applicable, accommodation are quoted separately.
Is it worth it compared with Social Media Pro?
Social Media Pro manages your social media with your material. 360° also produces real photo and video of your business every month. If you don’t have new material of your own, 360° is usually the better fit.
