KPI / BI Dashboard: your marketing and sales indicators in one dashboard
Marketing and sales in the same dashboard, so you know what brings in customers.
You invest in advertising, social media and your website, and separately you have your sales. But the data lives apart: each platform tells its own version and it is hard to know which channel really brings in customers.
The KPI / BI Dashboard brings together your marketing and sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) from the sources we agree with you. It is a first step into BI (Business Intelligence): turning scattered data into a view that makes sense.
It makes sense when you do marketing and want to answer “what works?”: where leads (interested contacts) come from, how much each one costs, which campaigns generate the most opportunities and how many end in a sale.
Compared with the Sales dashboard (CRM-05), which focuses only on sales, this dashboard adds the marketing side. If you need more sources or metrics tailored to your business, the Advanced BI / Dashboard (CRM-07) is the right fit.

We define your KPIs
We agree which indicators matter: leads by source, cost per lead, conversion, sales or results by campaign.
We agree the sources
We choose the dashboard’s data sources with you, for example your CRM (Customer Relationship Management), your ad campaigns or GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
We combine and visualise
We connect those sources and design a well-organised dashboard with filters by date and channel.
We review it with you
We check that the numbers make sense and explain how to interpret them.
- Marketing and sales dashboard

- Sources beyond those agreed or complex custom metrics: available in the Advanced BI / Dashboard (CRM-07)
- Setting up GA4 or conversion tracking if they don’t exist: available as additional services (MKT-06, MKT-07)
- Advertising budget or campaign management
- Paid data visualisation tool licences
- Monthly analysis and report: available as an additional service (CRM-08)
An online shop invests in Google Ads and Meta Ads and records its orders on its sales platform.
Before
Each ad platform shows its own results and nobody knows clearly which channel brings in the orders.
After
A dashboard shows contacts and orders by source alongside the spend on each channel. Where to invest next month is decided with data.
- You know which channels and campaigns generate opportunities
- You spot spending that isn’t delivering results
- Marketing and sales work with the same numbers
- Better-grounded budget decisions
- It can reduce the hours spent exporting data from each platform
- It can help you spot unproductive ad spend
- It lets you review results without building reports by hand every week
- KPI dashboard connected to the agreed sources
- List of the defined KPIs and how they are calculated
- Dashboard access for the people you choose
- Explanation of how to use it

What is the difference between the three dashboards?
The sales dashboard (CRM-05) shows sales. This one (CRM-06) brings marketing and sales together from the agreed sources. The advanced one (CRM-07) combines multiple sources with custom metrics.
How many sources can I connect?
The ones we agree in the scope before we start. If your case needs many sources or custom calculations, we will recommend the Advanced BI / Dashboard.
What if my marketing data isn’t being measured properly?
We pick that up in the review. GA4 and conversion tracking setup is available as an additional service.
Why is the price “from”?
Because it depends on the sources and the KPIs. We give you the final price after reviewing your tools.
Does the dashboard tell me what to do?
It shows you the data clearly. If you want an interpretation and recommendations every month, you can add Monthly reporting (CRM-08).
