Our sessions include travel within Madrid. If your business is in another city or province, we can come too, but the cost of the trip depends on the distance, the means of transport, the equipment we need to bring and the length of the production. That’s why this service has no fixed price: it’s quoted individually.
It’s for businesses outside Madrid, companies with several locations or outdoor productions. That way you have a clear total price (session plus travel) before confirming, with no costs appearing later.

We work out the most suitable transport for the crew and the route and, if the start time or length requires it, accommodation.

We send you the travel cost in writing together with the session. We only book once you approve it.

Why is there no fixed price?
Because driving to a nearby town doesn’t cost the same as taking a train or plane to another city, and a 1-hour session isn’t the same as a full day. We quote each case individually.
When will I know how much it costs?
Before booking. We send you the quote in writing and only confirm the date once you approve it.
Do I always have to pay for accommodation?
No. Only if the distance, the start time or the length of the production make an overnight stay necessary.
Do you travel outside Spain?
Ask us. We assess the feasibility of each production and give you a clear answer.
